This project reimagines Chinese characters as spatial constructs, vessels through which space is shaped, experienced, and inscribed.

Each character carries not just linguistic meaning, but a spatial condition or gesture: a way of giving form to void, marking thresholds, or delineating presence.

T racing the full circle from space to character and back to space, the project reclaims the spatial imagination embedded in Chinese hieroglyphs.

Focusing on the conditions of space and the inscriptions of meaning, this developing dictionary unfolds as a spatial continuum.

Rather than offering definitions, it invites inhabitation, rendering a phenomenology of language where space speaks through presence, not description.
